AvailEquip (“AvailEquip”, the “Platform”) is the name of a website and online platform provided by Avrora Technologies FZCO (“Avrora Technologies”, the “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a Free Zone Company incorporated in the Dubai World Trade Centre Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under License No. L-3649.
The Platform provides information about drilling, oilfield, welding and other industrial equipment, spare parts, materials, consumables, and related commercial items, and enables business users to publish or view information, submit or respond to enquiries, and communicate in connection with potential transactions (the “Service”).
This Privacy Policy explains how Avrora Technologies FZCO, as the provider of the Platform and controller of personal data processed through the Service, collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects personal information when you use the website and online platform available at https://www.availequip.com/.

3.1 Information You Provide

- Information and documentation provided for verification, compliance, KYC, or KYB purposes, where applicable
We collect and process personal information as reasonably necessary to provide, administer, secure, and improve the Service and to comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
3.2 Payments and Payment Service Providers
Where payment functionality is made available through the Service or in connection with a particular transaction, payment processing or related financial services may be provided by third-party payment service providers.
We may use Stripe, Inc. and its affiliated entities (“Stripe”) for certain payment-related functionality.
Depending on the payment functionality used and the structure of a particular transaction, Stripe may:
- Process payments;
- Facilitate payouts, where applicable;
- Perform identity or business verification;
- Conduct anti-money laundering (AML), fraud-prevention, sanctions, or other compliance checks;
- Collect and process financial, banking, tax, identity, and business verification information as required for its services or by applicable law.
Where a User is required to create or connect a Stripe account or otherwise provide information directly to Stripe:
- Stripe may collect identity information, tax information, banking details, and verification documents directly from the User;
- Stripe may process certain personal information as an independent data controller in accordance with applicable law and its own terms and privacy practices;
- Such processing is governed by Stripe’s applicable privacy documentation.

Avrora Technologies FZCO does not store full payment card numbers where payment card information is collected and processed directly by the applicable payment service provider.

When you use the Service, we may automatically collect:

- Referring URLs
- Approximate location derived from IP address

- Verify Users and conduct KYC, KYB, sanctions, fraud-prevention, and other compliance checks, where applicable
- Improve the functionality, performance, security, and usability of the Service
- Maintain appropriate business, accounting, compliance, and transaction records
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims
- Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations
Where Avrora Technologies FZCO enters into a separate commercial arrangement with a User in connection with an enquiry or potential transaction, personal information may also be processed as reasonably necessary for that arrangement.
Where Avrora Technologies FZCO expressly enters into a transaction for the sale of Goods in its own name, personal information may be processed as reasonably necessary to prepare, enter into, perform, administer, and maintain records relating to that transaction.
We do not use personal information for purposes that are incompatible with the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, except where permitted or required by applicable law.
4.2 Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK Users)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we may process personal information on one or more of the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract
- Our legitimate interests in providing, administering, improving, and securing the Service, facilitating business communications, preventing fraud, and protecting our legal and commercial interests

5.1 Sharing Through the Service
The Service enables business Users to submit and respond to RFQs, enquiries, listings, messages, and other business communications.
Where reasonably necessary to respond to an enquiry, facilitate communications between Users, or support a potential transaction, certain information may be disclosed to or made available to other relevant Users or potential transaction counterparties.
Depending on the circumstances, such information may include:
- Name
- Company name
- Job title
- Business contact details
- RFQ or enquiry information
- Listing information
- Other information voluntarily provided in connection with an enquiry or potential transaction
Users should not submit personal information through the Service that is unnecessary for the relevant business purpose.
5.2 Service Providers
We may share personal information with third-party service providers that support the provision, administration, security, and functionality of the Service, including:
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers
- Website and platform technology providers
- Payment service providers, where applicable
- Analytics providers
- Email and communications service providers
- Security, fraud-prevention, verification, and compliance service providers
- Professional advisers and other service providers where reasonably necessary

Where Avrora Technologies FZCO enters into a separate commercial arrangement with a User, or expressly enters into a transaction for the sale of Goods in its own name, personal information may be shared with relevant parties where reasonably necessary for that arrangement or transaction.
Such parties may include suppliers, customers, logistics providers, inspection companies, customs or trade-compliance service providers, banks, payment service providers, insurers, professional advisers, and other parties involved in the relevant transaction.
Information will be shared only to the extent reasonably necessary for the applicable business purpose, contractual arrangement, compliance requirement, or legal obligation.
5.4 Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance Requirements
We may disclose personal information where reasonably necessary to:

- Conduct KYC, KYB, sanctions, export-control, fraud-prevention, or other compliance checks

6. WE DO NOT SELL PERSONAL INFORMATION
Avrora Technologies FZCO does not sell personal information collected or processed through the Service.
We do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose personal information to third parties in exchange for monetary consideration.
We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising or targeted advertising, as those terms may be defined under applicable data protection laws.
Nothing in this Section prevents us from sharing personal information as described in Section 5 of this Privacy Policy, including where reasonably necessary to provide the Service, facilitate business communications, support a transaction, comply with legal or regulatory obligations, or protect legitimate legal and security interests.
7. DATA RETENTION
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or processed, including to:
- Provide and administer the Service
- Maintain and manage User accounts
- Administer RFQs, enquiries, listings, messages, and business communications
- Support applicable commercial arrangements and transactions
- Maintain appropriate business, contractual, accounting, tax, and compliance records
- Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations
- Prevent fraud, misuse, and security incidents
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims
- Resolve disputes
The applicable retention period may vary depending on the nature of the information, the purpose for which it is processed, and applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, accounting, tax, or compliance requirements.
When personal information is no longer reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, we will delete, anonymize, or otherwise securely dispose of it, subject to any applicable legal or regulatory retention requirements.

A deletion request does not require us to delete information that Avrora Technologies FZCO is required or permitted to retain under applicable law or that is reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, accounting, tax, compliance, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or record-keeping purposes.
8. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Avrora Technologies FZCO is established in the United Arab Emirates, while the AvailEquip Platform may use service providers, technology infrastructure, and other third parties located in different countries.
As a result, personal information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries outside the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, outside the country in which you are located.
Where required by applicable data protection laws, we take appropriate measures to protect personal information transferred internationally and use legally recognized transfer mechanisms and safeguards.
For transfers of personal information from the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, where required, such safeguards may include Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or other lawful transfer mechanisms recognized under applicable data protection laws.
We also take reasonable steps, where required by applicable law, to ensure that service providers and other recipients receiving personal information provide an appropriate level of protection consistent with applicable data protection requirements.
9. SECURITY
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Access to personal information is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who require such access for legitimate business, technical, compliance, or legal purposes.
Where payment functionality is made available and payment information is collected directly by a third-party payment service provider, such information is processed in accordance with the security standards and requirements applicable to that provider. Avrora Technologies FZCO does not store full payment card numbers where such information is collected and processed directly by the applicable payment service provider.
We take reasonable steps to select service providers that maintain appropriate technical and organizational security measures, where required by applicable law.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. Accordingly, while we take reasonable measures to protect personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:
- Access your personal information
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Request data portability
- Withdraw consent (where applicable)
