Based on our direct industry experience, many companies carry up to $5–10 million of slow-moving inventory per warehouse or location that accumulated from completed campaigns, rig upgrades, specification changes, and over-ordering. That capital sits on shelves!
At the same time, other drilling companies face operational delays only because a required spare part is unavailable or must be purchased from OEMs at full price with long lead times.

Because excess inventory lists often contain thousands of poorly structured line items, we have built our own proprietary AI system to process them at scale.
Our technology ingests messy spreadsheets, extracts part numbers, standardizes descriptions, assigns structured attributes, and organizes data into searchable formats making surplus drilling stock accessible to real operational needs.
