Heavy-duty roller rotator with anti-drift stabilization for cylindrical parts on a welding stand, used for multi-pass automatic submerged-arc welding (SAW). Horizontal axis. Diameter range: 1000–8000mm. Load capacity: up to 100,000 kg. Control: automatic rotation with real-time parameter adjustment, integrated into a welding complex. PLC controller + LCD panel, with select controls on a separate operator panel. Design: two sections — drive and idle. The idle section has a roller lift system. Part position is monitored by a laser sensor mounted on an end stand: the laser is aimed at the part's end face and the reflected beam feeds position data to the controller, which corrects roller position accordingly. During rotation, the part tends to drift off the rollers — the anti-drift system detects this shift and stabilizes position automatically. Reaction speed is adjustable via the control panel to suit different parts. Wireless remote control for the operator. Commissioning note: this unit was manufactured in China; full-capacity load testing was not possible at the factory before shipment. After installation at the customer site, on-site commissioning and calibration were carried out jointly by our service engineers and the manufacturer's engineer. The equipment was delivered with full Russian-language documentation, and customer personnel were trained on operation and maintenance.
