Synergic MIG control automatically sets current, voltage and wire speed once wire diameter and gas type are selected, with a full Manual MIG mode also available. Digital closed-type remote wire feeder mirrors all key parameters (current, voltage, wire speed, inductance, 2T​/​4T) at the work zone, so operators do not need to return to the power source. Full-bridge IGBT power stage (150A modules, 600A combined capacity), a large 120mm litz-wire transformer with three independent windings, and heavy-duty diode assemblies (900A combined) keep heat low and reliability high under sustained industrial loads. Hall-sensor current feedback (600A) gives precise, drift-free control. 2T​/​4T trigger modes with crater-fill function for clean weld termination. Modular design: power source, wire feeder and optional water-cooling unit stack into a compact industrial welding station on a mobile cart. 380V three-phase input.
